Doula Services

  • Two women sitting on a sofa, smiling and talking indoors near a window with wooden trim, with a lamp on a side table in the background.

    Full Spectrum

Full spectrum doulas are childbirth professionals who provide non-medical, physical, emotional, and educational support. I provide these services to my clients during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, helping to navigate options regarding pregnancy, labor, delivery, and parenthood. I am also trained to support you through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and reproductive choices as well.

    Prenatal Support

Preparation is key to successful labor and birth. During the prenatal visit, together we will make a plan for labor, discuss how you want things to go, and do an assessment of your overall health so that I can provide any specific advice or recommendations based on your individual needs. Prenatal visits are a safe space to openly discuss your hopes, desires, and even your deeply held fears without judgment or opinion.

    Labor and Birth Support

As your doula, it’s my goal to help you have the birth experience that you want. My job is to provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and information about what is happening in your body during labor and delivery. I work with you to identify what matters most to you about your birth experience and then help you communicate that to your care provider, advocating for you while providing objective information about your birthing options.

    Postpartum Support

Postpartum support promotes and protects your physical and emotional recovery after you've given birth. I am here to answer the questions you have about your body, like, why certain parts are leaking and how to prioritize healing while caring for a newborn. No subject or question is too personal to talk about. And while those around you might be hyper-focused on your brand-new baby, my focus is also on you. You deserve the incredible, unbiased support of a postpartum doula!

  • "I can't thank you enough for everything. You have a way with words; everything you said was always just what I needed to hear. You were so important in helping me have the birth I wanted! You're called to do this work!"

  • "Thank you so much for everything, Abby! Our birth was amazing (and hard!) and I couldn't have done it without your support!!!! You are just amazing!"
