A 60-minute massage is a luxurious and deeply relaxing experience. It begins with your massage therapist having a discussion with you about your specific needs, such as any areas of tension, areas of discomfort, or specific techniques you'd like to focus on. Then, your massage therapist will use a combination of massage techniques to provide you with a full-body massage. Depending on your individual needs and preferences, your massage therapist may use long, flowing massage strokes, deep tissue techniques to target specific areas of tension, sports massage techniques to increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury, and gentle relaxation techniques to help ease away stress and tension. At the end of your massage, you will be left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Top 5 benefits of massage therapy: - Reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
- Improve circulation, which helps to reduce inflammation and improve oxygen levels in the body
- Reduce chronic pain, ranging from lower back pain to headaches

Your 60-minute infant massage appointment will include assessment of your baby, feeding/latch assessment, hands on massage therapy, parent education, an at-home care plan, and follow up with your other providers if needed. The appointment will be an integrative and comprehensive session (more involved than an adult massage) so will not have a full 60 minute hands-on massage portion.
Common conditions and issues Abby addresses with infant massage are torticollis, feeding concerns, muscular tension and tightness, NICU graduates, tummy time concerns, oral restrictions, and digestive troubles.

The Baby & Me Massage Visit is a 90-minute postpartum service designed to nurture both mother and baby. This unique session includes a postpartum massage for Mom and a gentle infant massage for Baby, creating space for recovery, bonding, and relaxation. I provide compassionate, unbiased postpartum doula support and answer the questions you may have about your body and recovery, from why certain parts are leaking or how to prioritize healing while caring for your newborn. No subject or question is too personal to talk about! Infant massage is a powerful way to bond with your baby.
