I’d like to welcome you! I’m a provider of licensed massage therapy and bodywork services, and a certified full-spectrum doula. I’m a mother of two, wife, and local business owner, serving the Piedmont Triad, NC area.

I have been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NC License #1969) in Greensboro, North Carolina since 2000, specializing in a variety of modalities, including prenatal massage, infant massage, therapeutic massage, and myofascial release.

As a Certified Full Spectrum Doula (CD, Doula Trainings International), I am passionate about supporting families before, during, and after childbirth. My mission is to help create safe, positive, and empowering birth experiences. I am also a Hypnobabies HypnoDoula, Spinning Babies Certified Birth Professional, Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, and Bridge to Breastfeeding Facilitator.

Through Full Moon Doula & Massage, I provide birth and massage services to families across Greensboro and the greater Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, offering compassionate care that supports both body and mind.
