I’d like to welcome you! I’m a provider of licensed massage therapy and bodywork services, and a certified full-spectrum doula. I’m a mother of two, wife, and local business owner, serving the Piedmont Triad, NC area.

I have over 20 years of experience as a licensed massage & bodywork therapist (NC License #1969), treating clients through soft tissue manipulation. I also specialize in a number of different modalities, including prenatal and infant massage, hot stone massage, Thai massage, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release massage.

As a certified full-spectrum doula (CD, Doula Trainings International), I am passionate about supporting families before, during, and after childbirth. My mission is to help facilitate safe, positive, and empowering birthing experiences.
